Using this website
You are welcome to read, print and share these pages for your own business use. What you may not do is republish our text, photographs or page designs as your own, scrape or probe the site, or use the forms to send unlawful, misleading or automated content.
Information on this site
We keep these pages accurate and current, but the service descriptions, examples and guidance here are general information about how we work - not advice for a particular shipment, and not a statement of what a carrier or an authority will do in a specific case.
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance.
Quotations and bookings
Rates are prepared per shipment rather than published on the site, and a few things follow from that:
- A quotation applies only to the route, mode, cargo, weights and dates it was prepared for.
- Every quotation states its own validity, what it includes and what it excludes.
- Sending a form on this site does not create a booking. A booking exists once our team confirms it to you in writing.
- Duties, taxes and destination charges depend on the agreed Incoterm and on the rules of the destination country.
The forms on this site
This is a demonstration build with no database behind it. A form you send is validated and logged so that the form can be shown working; it does not reach an operations system, and an attached file is discarded with the request. Until the live site replaces it, an enquiry reaches us fastest by phone, email or WhatsApp.
Our content and our marks
The text, illustrations, page designs and the AS Tradewings name and logo on this site are ours; the photographs are licensed for our use. None of it may be copied for use elsewhere without our written permission.
Links to other sites
We link to carriers, government portals, map services and social platforms where it is useful. We do not control those sites, and we are not responsible for what they publish or for how they handle your information.
Availability
We try to keep the site available and correct, but we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice - for maintenance, for example, or while a page is being rewritten.
Shipments have their own terms
Anything to do with the movement of cargo - quotation, booking, documentation, charges and claims - is governed by our Shipping Terms and by the terms we confirm with you in writing for that shipment, not by this page.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this website.
